MUSIC CREATOR COLLABORATION AGREEMENT Version 1.0 - Effective Date: January 2025 This Music Creator Collaboration Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Manny HD ("Company") and the individual signing up as a Music Creator ("Creator"). 1. SCOPE OF COLLABORATION The Creator agrees to create authentic reaction content to music provided by the Company, including but not limited to: - Video reactions to new releases - Commentary on musical content - Social media promotion of featured tracks - Participation in collaborative content creation 2. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS - All reactions must be genuine and authentic - Content must align with the Company's brand values - Creator must disclose any sponsored or promotional content - Content must be suitable for all audiences 3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - Creator retains ownership of their original reaction content - Company retains rights to featured music and promotional materials - Both parties may use collaborative content for promotional purposes 4. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS - Compensation structure will be determined on a per-project basis - Early access to new music releases - Promotional support for Creator's content - Networking opportunities within the music industry 5. EXCLUSIVITY AND CONFLICTS - No exclusive arrangement unless specifically agreed upon - Creator may work with other music promotion entities - Must disclose any potential conflicts of interest 6. TERMINATION Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. 7. CONFIDENTIALITY Creator agrees to maintain confidentiality of unreleased music and sensitive business information. 8. GOVERNING LAW This agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].
